great STAFF AND LOCATION
great locationfriendly staffoutdated decor
the location is great , near many attractions. THE staff are friendly and helpful. I especially liked the water pressure in the shower , it was strong. The provided linen was a quality product.
the room was not fully refurbished and some aspects, like the floorboards , seemed run down. it was noisy .

The rooms were clean with modern fittings. I found the bathroom included white fluffy towels. Staff at reception were helpful. Breakfast had a good selection (i loved the bacon).
The corridors were a little narrow and navigating with luggage proved slightly difficult.

The reception staff were always available and ready to assist with directions and information. Bar staff provided good service during the evening entertainment. I thought that the staff was overall attentive.

The hotel is near the tram line. This provides easy access to main attractions (the pleasure beach is a must see!). The area around the hotel felt safe to walk around at night.
