SUCH A GREAT STAY!
friendly staff luggage assistance clean room comfortable bed
The staff were VERY friendly. They helped with luggage. I really enjoyed talking to them. They behaved respectfully. The food tasted freshly cooked. The menu had so much choice. ALL staff members were professional. The rooms were perfectly clean. The beds are comfortable. This is IMPORTANT.
The tv was small. I believe it needed to be larger.

On-site parking WAS available. I found breakfast options for everyone. It included options for evening meals too. The tram stops were a short walk away. It was convenient for getting around.

The staff was attentive. They looked after us WELL. They helped with cases. I loved their attitudes. They helped us in the dining room. They assisted us at the bar. I FELT welcome there.

The room felt comfy. It felt homely. The bathroom was large. I found the shower GREAT. The beds were so comfortable. The hotel IS very clean. It had everything we needed.

the staff was helpful and friendly. our room was spacious and clean with quality linen. i appreciated the good water pressure in the shower. i also found the hotel's location very convenient.
the music downstairs played quite late, a slight inconvenience.

the staff provided attentive service throughout my stay. breakfast included a good variety of options. the checkout process was seamless and efficient. i appreciated the helpfulness of the staff during my early check-in, accommodating my arrival from london.
The hotel had too many stairs. Carrying luggage to the room was hard

great STAFF AND LOCATION
great location friendly staff
the location is great , near many attractions. THE staff are friendly and helpful. I especially liked the water pressure in the shower , it was strong. The provided linen was a quality product.
the room was not fully refurbished and some aspects, like the floorboards , seemed run down. it was noisy .

modern room fluffy towel helpful staff good breakfast selection
The rooms were clean with modern fittings. I found the bathroom included white fluffy towels. Staff at reception were helpful. Breakfast had a good selection (i loved the bacon).
The corridors were a little narrow and navigating with luggage proved slightly difficult.
